I want to build a little assistant to help me watch the market. When it finds a stock where the RSI indicator is below 30 and the trading volume is significantly up on the same day, it should notify me.
Let's define it as "today's volume is greater than 1.5 times the 5-day average trading volume." An app push notification would be perfect. And this service needs to run 24/7 in the cloud.
